How can do the payments work?
When ordering your board and/or technical material, full payment is needed. After we confirm the reception of the payment, the order will proceed to the production line.
After making the payment, how long does it take for my board to be ready?
A surfboard can take up to 5 weeks to be ready.
How is the shipping process?
We ship boards all over the world. The board will be carefully packed and the carrier will be chosen depending on the country. As a signature is required at the time of delivery, we advise you to choose a place where you know someone will be there to receive the package. After collection of the board from the factory, you will receive a tracking number in your e-mail to follow the shipment.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs will depend on the size, weight, quantity, and shipping location. This will be quoted by the carrier and charged separately.
What happens if my board arrives damaged, late, or is lost?
BS Surfboards takes care of packing the board using bubble wrap and a suitable cardboard box. We cannot be held responsible for a service that is not performed by us, however, we will file a complaint with the carrier. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the board. Please contact us at surfboards.bs@gmail.com and include photos of the board and its packaging. We will monitor the complaint so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.
